Project Overview

Acted as buy side advisor for CFM’s Asia Team evaluating water and wastewater treatment projects in India with a few Indian operators. Worked with their team on finalising their Term Sheets and evaluated all aspects of the transaction including valuation and assumptions, sensitivities, potential ESG issues and mitigants, transaction structure, potential conflicts of interest and mitigation mechanisms.

Our Role

  • Acted as buy side advisor for CFM’s Asia Team evaluating such.

  • Projects Familiarised CFM’s Asia team with Indian water and wastewater market.

  • Introduced CFM to several potential partners in the relevant segments.

  • Helped shortlist a few relevant projects with a reputed developer

  • Worked with CFM team and evaluated all aspects of the transaction including valuation and assumptions, sensitivities, potential ESG issues and mitigants, transaction structure, potential conflicts of interest and mitigation mechanisms etc.

  • Assisted CFM team to finalise the Term Sheet and place the bid in time.
